The bathroom was newly done and spotless, and the room was kept up well. Mrs. Elena was genuinely helpful and kind. But the heat made sleeping miserable: there are no windows or air conditioning, and the little fan couldn't keep the air moving. The TV apparently depends on the wind, and during a sirocco it stopped working altogether. I lost hours of sleep during my July vacation in Luca, and the room ended up spoiling the trip for me. The price also felt too high for what was provided. Guests have to clean for themselves, and linen rental costs a lot. Unless those things change, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Elena was very kind, and the rooms were tidy and looked fairly new. Ours had a fridge, fan, TV and Wi-Fi, plus a roomy, comfortable shower. The double shuttered door was handy, and having a mosquito screen helped, though ours was broken and wouldn't fasten properly. Some of the layout was awkward if you're taller than about 1.70-1.80 meters (5'7"-5'10"): the bidet tucked into the corner by the soap dish was hard to reach, and the bed's footboard made it uncomfortable when our feet extended past the mattress. The price seemed a little steep, especially with no soap provided and sheets and towels charged separately when requested. One thing to know: only one room has a kitchen, there isn't a shared kitchen for everyone.

We found a lovely patio outside and two bedrooms, each with a spacious bathroom. The house is simple but very well finished and equipped, and its location is excellent. The hostess was attentive and friendly.

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, with new furniture in both the bedroom and bathroom, including a table and two chairs. Ours was spacious and had a fridge, TV, air conditioning and hairdryer. The French doors opened with shutters onto a private terrace, where there was a clothesline and pegs. Linens are available if you request them when booking. Mrs. Elena was lovely and ready to help with questions or requests. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

A lovely house just a few steps from the sea of Leuca and close to supermarkets and other things. The owner was so kind and good to us. A truly beautiful place, and I'd recommend it.
