Our room was very nice, with nothing we needed to add. It was large, clean, and comfortable, and the owners spoke with us at length about the area and the property. They're expanding and making improvements. This is a family-run place, and everyone was helpful and accommodating. They put a lot of effort into breakfast, with a good selection served on a lovely sunny terrace with a magical view. The location is just far enough from the crowds and noise during tourist season.

The price felt a bit high for what you get. The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk to Leuca center and the seafront, and the room is simply furnished. The towels were thin, dry, and rough. Breakfast works well if you’re into cakes, but there isn’t much healthy variety. The cappuccino was the worst I’ve ever had.

The room was nice, but we were very unhappy with how the booking was handled. We booked for four through Booking, and the hotel had us down as three. Then the owner wanted another 40 euros for the extra person’s breakfast.

The place itself was more than adequate, the views over the center were good, and the people were friendly. I’d consider coming back, but the way things are run needs more professionalism, even for a B&B. They couldn’t find our online booking, despite our printed confirmation, and no one spoke English. After we waited, they first tried to give us a worse room than the one we’d booked. We waited half an hour before getting a similar room. I’d also emailed twice with a question two weeks before we arrived and never got a reply. Another couple had trouble paying because the older gentleman didn’t know how to use the card machine. If you’re booking in high season, it’s probably best to call and confirm so you don’t get an unpleasant surprise.
