The reception and breakfast teams were especially friendly and attentive, but for nearly €300 a night, the stay was disappointing. The rooms are nice and the staff are very friendly, yet the price is far too high for what you get. Online photos didn’t match reality. Our first room was downstairs, facing a walkway from its terrace, so there was no privacy, and with no terrace door, just the entrance, it had little natural light. After we complained briefly, they moved us to another room in the same category, which was much nicer and had a spacious terrace. The pool area also fell short of what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The plastic sunbeds were uncomfortable without cushions, and the pool edges were dirty. It needs more care and attention to detail. Pool towels couldn’t be taken to the beach because the salt water would supposedly damage them, which is unacceptable at a seaside hotel. Instead, we were given old white shower towels, again not what I’d expect from a 4-star place.

We were upgraded to a roomier room that was comfortable and really quiet, which made the stay even better. The pool and its service were a pleasure to use. Breakfast had lots to choose from, including eggs prepared in different ways, great pancakes, local pastries, and good fruit. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and resourceful. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely breakfast in the garden, and getting to the room was easy: check-in was smooth, then a golf cart took us and our luggage through the olive grove. The rooms are lovely, and the old building where reception is located sits beside a large car park in a beautiful spot. This feels more like a wedding venue than a hotel. When we visited, there was no bar or restaurant. The staff were very lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a charming, comfortable place, beautifully designed and clean, in a quiet spot away from the busy tourist areas. Breakfast was very good, and having a bar by the pool was a nice extra. At reception, Simona and Julia were especially attentive and professional, as was Maura from the restaurant staff.
