Hotel Rizieri

The bathroom was the worst part of our stay. The curtain and shower walls were dirty and covered in mold, as if they hadn't been cleaned for years. Someone came to clean after we mentioned it, but it didn't look much better. The bed was uncomfortable too. The entrance area was a bit noisy and smelly, which made it unpleasant. We chose the hotel for its location, but it wasn't worth it. We left and found somewhere clean and decent.

We spent a whole day without hot water and got no explanation. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but they aren't. Ours looked prehistoric, with a tiny 24-inch TV and no phone. When we needed something and called from a cellphone, nobody answered. Reception is inside the restaurant. The treatment was awful. They made us feel like beggars receiving a favor. With half board or full board, they chose what we had to eat and served the worst frozen food in small portions. We weren't allowed to sit where we wanted either. Hotel guests had to sit inside, while the terrace was reserved for outside diners. I wish I'd read all the other reviews saying the same thing. Staying here will just leave you very angry.

We only came for a meal and didn't stay at the hotel. The food was extremely good and reasonably priced, and our waitress Jessica gave us amazing service.

Really enjoyable lunch at his restaurant. The food was sincere and traditional, the prices were fair, and the staff were welcoming and professional.
