I had a delightful stay at Leuca Mon Amour in Santa Maria di Leuca, and came away with memories I won’t forget. Valentina was a wonderfully welcoming host, and I loved the house. She also owns Loquita, a lovely restaurant right by the sea, where she even offered breakfast. I’d highly recommend the place.

I stayed in one of the apartments described as being in the basement. The towels and bed linen were a problem. All four of us developed itchy skin, as if we were sleeping on cactus or basalt wool. It made the stay very uncomfortable.

The Rouge apartment was charming and well cared for, and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s quiet, has easy parking, and comes with a little courtyard that’s a nice place to relax when the weather is warm. The seafront and a small beach are only 600 meters away. Worth it.

The apartment was comfortable, bright, clean, and meticulously kept, even though it was in the basement. It’s on a quiet, peaceful street, but still close to the town center and the sea. Valentina was friendly, helpful, and always ready to meet any need. She also owns a charming restaurant by the sea, about 700 meters away. I can only give it five stars, since that’s the highest rating. Thank you, Valentina!
