It's a shame the rating can't go below one star. There are problems everywhere: the power meter trips as soon as you use two hair dryers or the air conditioning, and the oven has apparently been broken for years. One shower head was missing and wasn't replaced until after three days. You can't lock yourself in the bathroom; it gets locked from the outside, so you have to climb out through the window. The downstairs toilet doesn't work properly either. There's dust everywhere and animals scattered all over. There's no Wi-Fi. Hot water needs to be rationed because the tank empties quickly or gets blocked, leaving you waiting. For what it costs, you'd be better off somewhere else. The agency wasn't friendly and never listened to us!
