The room was nice and the views were incredible. It was 29 degrees in October, but a pleasant breeze kept things cool. The staff were very helpful at check-in and whenever we needed something later. I saw comments about parking, but didn't have any trouble: you can pull up outside the front doors, then park in a lot only about 30 steps from the hotel entrance.

The staff were nice and the location was good, but this place doesn't deserve a four-star rating. We stayed five days for a summer school workshop. The rooms were average, with little on offer beyond a minibar and a tiny TV showing only Italian channels. They never replenished shampoo or shower gel, and when I left my towel on the floor to have it replaced, they simply folded it back up. I got just one fresh towel during the whole five days. There was even some rubbish left in a drawer by the previous guests. Breakfast was a bit limited and missing a few basics. Everyone made the coffee differently, so it was hard to get what you wanted unless you ordered espresso or cappuccino. The fruit selection was nice, and I can live with the breakfast choices. The view was lovely too. But having to ask for fresh towels and toiletries during a five-day stay is too much, even if the reason is supposed to be ecological rather than laziness.

The place looks like paradise, and the staff girls were really nice and kind. But the cleaning was really bad, and the elevator smelled like a horse. Breakfast was disappointing too.
