My wife put it well: here, you feel like a guest, not a customer. Everyone in the owning family went above and beyond to make our Easter holiday special, and it felt worth every penny and the drive. We stayed here for the last three days of the 2023 Easter holiday and came away with so many lovely memories. It's a great spot if you love the mountains. The views from our room, the swimming pool, and the jacuzzi were amazing. This is a family hotel, so children are expected to be around and noisy. The staff were kind to them, as were the other guests. There are lots of things to do nearby. We went horse riding in Collalbo and visited the Museo of the Apicultura. The kids loved everything and didn't want to go home.

There's good food and a nice range of drinks, and plenty of great hiking routes nearby. The place is friendly and pleasant to stay in. Brixen, Urtijëi, and Lombardo are all not far away.

The view is amazing, and the staff are super friendly. The food was good too. I wish the children's playground got a bit more care. The tree house has been left abandoned, which is sad to see, and a trampoline there would be perfect.
