The rooms are on the small side, but I had a really good stay. Great bathrooms and nice service.

We spent a week in room 152, and I'd strongly advise against staying here. Mold smell filled the room and the walls were peeling. The shower was broken and flooded the bathroom every time we used it. At meals, the second course portions were so tiny that I don't think they'd even feed a child. The pool water was cloudy and never changed. Be careful, as you could catch something. If ruining your vacation is the goal, this place fits.

We left before enjoying the stay we'd already paid for. After agreeing with the manager to leave immediately, we faced a ruined vacation, a wasted holiday, and more than 700 km of travel for nothing. We had planned to stay from September 7 to 10, 2025, with two children. The room hadn't been cleaned, and the hallways were dirty. Storage rooms stood open with cleaning gear exposed and in terrible shape. When we complained, we were told the vacuum cleaner was broken. The cleaner arrived with an old, dirty broom full of debris instead. The manager said they even "washed" hallway carpets with an ordinary Vileda mop, which is unacceptable for a facility open to the public. There was mold all over the shower. On the balcony, we found a bottle full of cigarette butts and rags on the floor. The bunk bed was in awful condition, with material peeling off the top mattress. Anyone underneath could see dirt falling down from above. The staff were rude and unprofessional. Some wore stained shirts, and one made fun of an elderly guest who seemed disoriented. That same employee already smelled of alcohol when we arrived. As we left with our luggage, he shouted, "Hurray, four more guests!" and laughed with his colleagues. This was an absurd, unacceptable experience. I can't recommend it to anyone, especially families with children.
