Our reservation was canceled the day before we were due to arrive, when we were already in Palermo and had nowhere to stay. We were told the previous guest had wrecked the bathroom, but the place had actually been rented to someone else for a higher price.

The cleanliness needs another look. The bidet was empty, and all four soap dispensers had already been used by earlier guests. During COVID, soap should be in single-use portions, or not provided at all. The photos don't show the real condition of the rooms, so I won't return.

4/10
The breakfast was disappointing, and although the sheets were clean, the bedspreads had stains. Our room had a cracked shower door in the Czech bathroom, plus a tiny window up on the ceiling about four meters high. The area felt run-down.

The staff were extremely kind and ready to help. There are five rooms, all with private bathrooms, and a little shared kitchen and sitting area. Power outlets are scarce, and only one shower can have hot water at a time.
