The staff were especially kind and helpful, and spoke English, too. The property was nicely furnished and well located in the center, no more than a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Breakfast was good.

After we complained to the owner about the hot tub temperature control not working, she said the girl would show us how to use it. The girl clearly had no idea what to do, looked panicked, stammered, and even agreed with us. We had paid €150.00 to celebrate an anniversary, but spent hours trying to use a hot tub that we never got to use. Then she tried to charge us for a 500ml bottle of water from the mini-fridge, again in an unprofessional way. We said that didn’t seem right. The woman was embarrassed when we explained everything we’d tried, following the illustrated instructions. We regularly stay in places with hot tubs. Diplomacy and talking with the owner, even by phone, didn’t resolve anything or find a compromise. We do appreciate the complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival, but I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t return. Breakfast was uncomfortable, too. A girl stood staring at us the whole time and kept telling us things that were completely obvious, in a very unprofessional way. We felt watched and rushed through the meal. It was disturbing.

The breakfast was decent and my two-night stay was quite good. I was disappointed by the €50.00 hot tub service, which I turned down. The coffee pod and bottle of water were small flaws.

I spent four days at B&B del Cavaliere and had a wonderful stay 🥰. The service was excellent, breakfast plentiful, and the room clean and nicely heated.
