We spent six days here with our two children and felt right at home. The host's hospitality was the best part, she has that sweet Italian motherly warmth and made us feel she was always there for us. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable too. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Its Ikea items were practical and sturdy.

We slept badly because of the noise. The side street seems to funnel traffic into town late into the evening, and perhaps we were unlucky, but the neighbors upstairs, who lived in a separate flat, had a huge argument until 2am. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and nicely decorated, and the owner was friendly and helpful. It's a bit outside the town center, though an easy walk. The kitchen and shared area are small, but that didn't bother us.

Maria was the real highlight of 4tino apartment. She's adorable, looks after you like an Italian mama, offers useful tips and helps make the stay comfortable. The flat is in a district that isn't especially fancy, but it gives you a priceless feel for everyday Sicilian life. You can walk to the main sights and the tourist part of the city, so it could suit you if you want to explore and get immersed in local life.

I spent five days there with my three students, starting on 15th May, and felt at home. The house was very clean, modern and comfortable, and we could walk to the city centre in five minutes. Maria is lovely and had thought of every detail for us. Thanks for everything, lovely Maria.
