BE CAREFUL!!! They remove Booking.com reviews that show them in a bad light. About the woman who rents the place and the private message she sent us: if you could say even one word in English, you’d have heard what we didn’t like. A woman comes into the room while you’re out, switches off the air conditioning, and turns down the refrigerator. Using the kitchen equipment is forbidden, despite the ad boasting about it. There’s no kettle or dishes, and the host doesn’t communicate. Luckily, no more "YOUR LAND''.

Really glad we only booked one night. The room was tiny, the bathroom was embarrassingly small, and the sink was blocked. We paid in advance but never saw a receipt or any breakfast. Terrible!

The owners were wonderful and very kind, and the prices were excellent. It’s in a handy spot near the metro and only a few minutes from the train station. We had a truly exceptional stay, will definitely return, and highly recommend it. More than five stars!

I booked a room for work, but when I arrived, the woman told me about trouble caused by Etna and they decided to move me somewhere else without warning. The place was dirty and noisy, and 2 km from where I needed to be. I’m in Catania for work, not a holiday, so I needed to get around independently and comfortably on foot. In the end, I had to find another place at the last minute. The managers seemed kind and helpful at first, but then they were scammers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Poor value for money, and the owner was indifferent. She made promises and, with lies, never followed through.
