The location was perfect, close to the center, and the apartment was spacious and very clean. Since we arrived on an early flight, the host had arranged breakfast for us. They were friendly and always available if we had questions. It was a very good, comfortable apartment, and we enjoyed our stay.

Giovanni, the owner, was wonderful, available and ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen and cleanliness that clearly matters here. The location is right in the heart of Catania's historic center, 50 meters from Piazza Università and 200 meters from Piazza Duomo. It's on a small, quiet street but just steps from the nightlife. Enclosed paid parking is available nearby and easy to reach on foot. Highly recommended!

I booked for a week and ended up staying more than two. The apartment is large, has everything you need and is in a great location. Giovanni is a wonderful owner, available whenever you need something while still giving you privacy and room to feel at home. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Catania. If it's available, just book it. You'll be happy here.

We stayed at Giovanni's house in January with a small group. It's centrally located, convenient for the airport and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches that are invaluable if you're traveling with little time to spare. Giovanni is very available and can give you good advice about parking, where to eat and how to get around the city. Highly recommended.
