I liked how local the place felt, with friendly neighbors, high ceilings and a quiet atmosphere in a more authentic part of the city. The old town and main sights are only a scenic five-minute walk away, yet the place feels tucked away from the tourist rush. It was like having my own peaceful apartment inside an elegant historic building. Umberto 134 has freshly painted rooms that are nicely furnished, clean and thoughtfully equipped. There's charm and care in the details. The staff were kind and incredibly helpful, always reachable by WhatsApp and ready to accommodate what I needed. The price, hospitality, cleanliness and location all came together really well. I truly enjoyed staying here and would gladly return.

We needed a place for one night after arriving from overseas, and the location was great. The service was wonderful too. My husband had a bit of a medical emergency on our first night in a foreign country, which was stressful, and the manager took charge of getting help and translating. So, so helpful.

Luciano was a wonderful host, and we had a lovely stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, just a short walk from the city center. It may be noisy if you're a light sleeper, but it didn't bother us. See you again!

Luciano was great, very kind and available whenever we needed him. Our room was quite large, with a beautiful, clean bathroom. The hotel is well located and has private parking for a reasonable fee, plus public parking right next door.

Very clean, with excellent location, service and communication. I'll definitely return to this 1800's Palazzo!
