The room had a great view of Etna, and the gluten-free, lactose-free breakfast we requested was provided. Alberto was genuinely helpful and friendly. We slept well, although the street market made mornings noisy. The location worked well too, with everything reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. We stayed four nights and were nearly completely happy with it.
