The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a warm, welcoming feel. I especially loved the ceiling, and all the details seemed thoughtfully chosen. It was also cleaned again during our stay, which was a lovely extra. Our host was kind and helpful, taking time to suggest places to eat and explore. For my boyfriend’s birthday, he prepared traditional Sicilian desserts, wrapped them beautifully, and put them in the fridge. Such a personal, thoughtful surprise. We’re so happy with our stay at Calumidda in Catania and would absolutely recommend it. Thank you for making the trip special! ✨✨

Luca was a great host, always responsive and quick to sort out our questions. He recommended places and booked us a table at a rooftop bar with the best view of the city and Etna. The location is handy for both the bus station and airport bus stop, and we liked the room’s decor and layout. A couple of small drawbacks: the bedding could use some investment, and it was hard to regulate the shower temperature at times.

It’s a clean, quiet apartment, and the host is really helpful. Thanks to his recommendation, we had the best pizza 😋 He replies quickly and is always available. The city’s attractions are within walking distance, and it’s close to bus and train services. I recommend it 🫶🏻

Luca was amazing and helped us with everything. Communication was smooth, and his advice on where to eat and travel was great. Calumidda is spotless, new, and has a lovely interior. It’s right by a supermarket, close to the Central station and the very center. We were really happy we chose it, and everything turned out perfectly.

The host was very kind and gave us great sightseeing tips. The rooms were lovely, clean, and pretty. Just a small annoyance: the shower temperature was difficult to control, swinging between very hot and cold.
