The facilities are modern, comfortable, functional, and wonderful. But I booked the bed and breakfast package and didn't get breakfast on any of the three days. They work with a nearby bar called "Ambasciatori." When I booked and again in the days before our stay, I told them I needed gluten-free breakfast. Nobody said that wouldn't be possible, and they didn't provide any food. All I got each day was coffee and a glass of water. Once, they even said I'd have to pay if I wanted another coffee. I went hungry for the first two days, then brought food from Lidl on the third. The accommodation tried contacting the bar, but nothing changed. I ended up paying twice, for groceries and for a breakfast that never existed, and got no refund, discount, or food from the accommodation. If I'd known this would happen, I wouldn't have chosen the place, even though the facilities are magnificent.

Dario was incredibly warm and helpful, and his hospitality was invaluable. The location is very good, with public transport nearby and the city center about a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable mattresses, high-quality furnishings and finishes, and great natural light. The bathrooms have large showers, and there are a water dispenser and a well-equipped breakfast nook for guests. Outside, the large verandas with greenery make a comfortable lounge area. The place is impeccably clean. I would only suggest adding a few more places to sit in the rooms and bathrooms, like chairs or benches. I'd choose Dario's place every time I return to Catania. Highly recommended.

The location is great, less than a 10-minute walk to the city center, and the owner's courtesy and hospitality pleasantly surprised me. We were seven people, so I got to see three rooms, two doubles and one triple. They were all new, clean, tastefully furnished, and didn't disappoint. I'd stay here again if I return to Catania. Highly recommended!

The owner is welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was at a nearby bar, which was excellent. The location isn't right in the center, but it's well connected. The property has four newly renovated rooms, all tastefully furnished. We especially liked the excellent cleanliness, new bathrooms, comfortable mattresses and pillows, outdoor terrace, and free water dispenser. It's on the ground floor and has a small terrace, with access by stairs as well, so it works well for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues. There's also a small refreshment area with a kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and microwave.
