We booked Taga Suites for one night before flying home from Sicily, and it exceeded what we'd hoped for. Carmen and Andrea were especially kind and made us feel comfortable right away. The whole staff was lovely, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. There's a cozy little waiting area that feels calm and inviting, and the central location means everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Andrea was a great host, always responsive and available. He did his best to book us a volcano tour, and it was incredible. We stayed three nights and had a perfect time. The suite, decor, cleanliness, shower, bed, and location were all fantastic, with everything in walking distance. The street outside and what people say about safety might put you off, but upstairs it's beautiful, and we felt completely safe the whole time. There's also a huge, lively market outside every day except Sunday, which was a bonus. We couldn't have asked for more and would absolutely recommend it.

The host and cleaning lady were genuinely lovely, friendly, caring, and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Taga Suites looked more impressive in the photos than it did in person; I liked the modern, considered design, but staying in a tall building with long corridors on the 6th floor felt unusual and less cozy than I expected. I was hoping for more character, perhaps an older building and a more charming neighborhood. It was fine, just not quite what I had in mind.

A clean, modern room with a great jacuzzi. The staff were all attentive and friendly. Local parking is nearby, and bars and restaurants are just a short walk away.

The spa bath was a dream, and the room was beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it!
