We booked a room through booking.com, but the host cancelled without giving a reason. Before that, the host had contacted us on WhatsApp and offered a lower price if we didn’t use booking.com. Even after we wrote to customer support, there was no explanation for the cancellation or what had happened.

The apartment is near the edge of the old town and its main tourist sights, and it’s compact with a lift. It was cheap, but not cheerful. The place was very worn, poorly maintained, and not clean. There was no sofa, only chairs around the table, and very little kitchenware. A strong sewage smell came from the ground-floor hallway.

The apartment was comfortable and had the amenities we needed, and the host was helpful. It’s perfectly located near the cathedral. Service was professional, punctual, and friendly, with very good phone contact in English. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the top-floor apartment, which was in a fantastic spot and convenient for everything. The host was kind and very helpful. When we arrived, we realized we hadn’t asked for a single bed in addition to the double. We asked for sheets for the crib, and the hostess brought them over within an hour.
