4/10
The location was great, close to the city center and with transport easy to reach. My experience was affected by a few problems, though. The bathroom was outside the room, so there wasn’t much privacy, and its key didn’t work properly, meaning the door wouldn’t close. We also had to wait a long time for the managers to confirm the payment had gone through.

The room was clean and nice, and the location was great. But in the evening there was no hot water in the bathroom, and there weren’t enough bath towels for everyone staying in the room.

Filippo had a good solution for every request and plenty of useful advice. Central Suites is right in the center, near the main Cathedral and the port, and it felt like home. This was the best room we could find in Catania. Highly recommend!

The host was wonderful, and the place was comfortable, clean, and right in the center. There’s a big street very close by, so it was a little loud. Apart from that, absolutely perfect!
