The area felt quite rough and run-down during the day, though it came alive at night. My only possible complaint was that the host messaged at 9AM to ask whether we were coming for breakfast, even though breakfast ran until 10AM. Maybe that was a cultural difference. The room was basic B&B style, with good air conditioning, a large balcony, and a comfortable memory foam topped bed and pillows. The shower was great, breakfast was simple but included, and the room fridge held a few 2L bottles of water.

Great spot, within walking distance of most attractions. The owner was wonderful and let me leave my luggage after checkout. The room was good, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was tasty.

Valeria took great care of us and always checked that we had what we needed. Our room at Dimora Lupo was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom, a strong shower, air conditioning, and a balcony looking toward Etna. The place itself is lovely and comfortable. It's a short walk to the centre and close to the main stations. A good choice if you're after comfortable, central accommodation at a fair price.

The manager was really kind and helpful. Our room was clean and warm, with three beds and its own bathroom. We also had a balcony with a view of Mount Etna. The accommodation is basically in the town centre, about a five-minute walk from the centre.

I booked a room and confirmed it directly, then was told they couldn't host me because the room was under maintenance. There were still plenty of rooms showing as available for my dates on the booking platforms. That felt unfair and unreliable.
