We paid 55 euros a night for a run-down room, and it was a nightmare. The bathroom was unusable: toothpaste from previous guests was sitting in the sink drain, and under the drain cover we found a tangle of hair. The sheets and blankets were dirty and had other people's hair on them, so we had to sleep in our jackets. We couldn't use the heat pump because the dirt was visible, and the broken front door wouldn't shut. The humidity left us practically freezing. What a hovel!
