The host made our stay pleasant with warm hospitality, and the apartment was very comfortable, spotless and well maintained. I 3 Principi is centrally located, so the city's attractions are easy to reach. A fantastic apartment option for anyone visiting Catania, highly recommended!

The roof deck looks out over the Roman Theater, and the apartment is close to Catania's old town. Antonio is a great host. The place was clean and well furnished, and I loved the espresso machine and large refrigerator.

Antonio e Anna were really friendly and personal. They were kind hosts, willing to pick us up at the airport and provide everything we needed. The room was very clean, and the airco kept us comfortable in Catania. We also really liked the terrace.

We had no trouble exploring the city on foot from here. On hot, sunny days, we'd relax on the roof terrace under the parasol with a cold drink and a card game, taking in the views of Catania.

The rooftop terrace has a lovely, distinctive view, and the apartment sits right in the center, close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and sights. Inside, it’s beautiful and very tidy. Our hostess was lovely and easy to reach whenever we wanted advice or recommendations. A fantastic stay, highly recommended.
