The manager was really kind and helpful, and the location is good. But the place is in a basement with no natural light, and it's damp with a strong musty smell. It also needs some maintenance.

We had such a relaxing stay at Katane House. Gabriele welcomed us warmly and was always kind and helpful. The house is cute and has what you need, including free Wi-Fi and an extra double sofa bed. The wooden mezzanine is lovely and tastefully furnished. The kitchen leans more retro than the rest of the place, but it fits in well. There's a supermarket nearby, and a delightful bar right downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and cutlery, plus a microwave and toaster. Gabriele was available whenever we needed something. We were running late for our return flight and he even offered us a lift, while also giving us space and privacy.

The house is distinctive and very well cared for, with everything you might need. There's a great café right by the entrance for breakfast. The owner was very kind, and the location made for a great experience.

The young owner, Gabriel, was always reachable by WhatsApp or phone to help, although we didn't get to meet him. The place is tastefully furnished, well equipped and in a great location. I'd recommend it.
