I really enjoyed my stay here. The couple running the place were kind and kept checking that I had everything I needed. They also helped me get a rental car at a discount and suggested the one-hour train ride to Taormina. It turned out to be the nicest city I’d ever been to! Amazing room and place. One star is already too generous. Everything was filthy: the room, the horrible tub, the sheets covered in hair, and the moldy ceiling and mattress. I'd booked and paid online after seeing the photos, which made the place look elegant. I contacted the owner and asked him to come to the property, but he said he was out of town. We left, giving him €250. Don't go there. It's horrible.

We loved the atmosphere and the view at Le Suite del Lungomare in Catania. The terrace has several cozy seating areas and a fantastic view of Mount Etna and the sea. Breakfast with coffee and a pistachio cornetto from the café around the corner was delicious. The location is perfect, easy to reach by car, and parking was no problem, which is rare in Catania. There were a few minor drawbacks, but we soon forgot about them.

The jacuzzi is spectacular, and the place pays careful attention to detail. It's a great spot for a romantic stay, just steps from the train station and the sea, and also close to the historic center. Recommended for the amenities too!

The room was impeccably clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and every detail had been taken care of. We had a top-notch experience. We'll definitely come back and stay here again while we explore more of this magnificent city.
