We had a really nice stay and would come back. My friend and I each had our own room, and both were clean and comfortable. Mine looked out over the lively square and park, with a lovely balcony and city view. Her balcony faced another building, but she said it smelled like fresh bread all the time, lol. There’s a pleasant square and two grocery stores right across the street, and plenty to eat and explore nearby. It’s about a 25-minute walk to Piazza Del Duomo and the city center. The breakfast is served at a cafe down the street, with a drink and two bakery items. The host was very pleasant and arranged our taxi to the airport. The windows and walls kept street noise out. We could hear some sounds in the hallway and coffee and tea area, but they were brief, and the other guests were considerate. Grazie mille!

The hosts were friendly and helpful, communicating through Google Translate, and the room was lovely, modern, and had a great shower. Ours looked out over the piazza and its fountain. The bus and train station is about a 10-minute walk, and Via Etna, where there’s lots to see and do, is around 20 minutes away. Breakfast was coffee and a sweet pastry on a tray to eat in the room, which I didn’t find very comfortable. There’s a supermarket 25 meters away where you can pick up cereal, yogurt, or fruit.

The rooms were a good size, and I really liked the little balcony. The property was extremely clean, with an excellent shower. Breakfast is at a small cafe across the street, simple but substantial, and there’s a handy little supermarket opposite too. The hosts were extremely friendly. It’s toward the station, about a 25-minute walk from the main squares. Street sounds and other guests coming and going did disturb my sleep, though.

I’d never been to Sicily before, and this was my first stop after flying in. I stayed two nights, and it was an absolute nightmare: money was stolen from my room, which left me completely shocked. I’ve traveled a lot for work and pleasure and never faced a situation this disgraceful. When I tried to raise it with the staff, they were dismissive, rude, and hostile, and even accused me of lying. I strongly urge anyone thinking of staying here to think twice and keep a close eye on their belongings. This place is a disgrace.
