Etnea Royal Suites

The location near Villa bellini is a plus, but the place was smelly, outdated, and unhygienic, and the €80 a night felt like absolutely no value. The old, shaky doors didn’t lock safely, and we could hear and smell everything from outside. There was also no English spoken during our stay. The air conditioning leaked badly, leaving water damage in the room. We were told to empty its bucket and move the water ourselves, even though that should have been handled by maintenance. Despite asking several times, nobody helped, and staff refused to come to the room when we requested assistance. Communication was poor, and the owner and staff came across as incompetent and vulgar.
