Breakfast was excellent, and we could have it in our room or in the small breakfast area. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel, but plenty of places to eat are nearby. The hotel is a lovely boutique property in central Catania, occupying part of the second floor, in US terms, of a villa. Its entrance is unusual, though inside everything feels first class. Our restored room was huge, with a very high, beautifully decorated ceiling. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

The room was spotless and full of charming touches, and the little room with its thoughtfully chosen wines was a lovely feature. We only stayed briefly, but the staff made a real effort to get to know us and welcome us. Their dinner suggestion made our evening in Catania. From the moment we arrived, the service felt personal and exceptional. It was a beautiful room and a five-star-feeling stay. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel for its lovely accommodations, warm hospitality, and outstanding service. I'm so glad we chose it.

Palazzo Marletta made us feel like family, or close friends, from the moment we arrived. Davide, Renato, and Alessandra were warm and attentive, with wonderful care for the little details. Our room was immaculate, with slippers, foot mats, soft towels, and neatly arranged toiletries all ready for us. Breakfast was delicious and arrived exactly when we asked, which helped a lot with our early outings. The staff were efficient and thoughtful, sharing local tips and checking that we were comfortable, so we could enjoy our time without rushing. The hotel is right in central Catania, close to historic sights, cafes, and everyday local life, a handy base for exploring Sicily. This was the best stay we've had in Sicily, and we already hope to return. We can't recommend Palazzo Marletta highly enough.

The room was comfortable, spotless, and had a large bathroom, and the staff were very nice and polite. This small boutique hotel in a former palace is in a great spot, basically at the edge of Piazza del Duomo di Catania. I paid a reasonable price and was extremely satisfied.

The in-room Lavazza coffee was a highlight, with a proper Italian espresso to enjoy privately. Housekeeping kept the frescoed historic rooms pristine, carefully and discreetly. Alessandra and Serena were welcoming and professional, making everything smooth from arrival to departure. Davide and Renato were attentive and helpful, with strong local knowledge and proactive assistance. Palazzo Marletta is a boutique stay that brings together Sicilian historic elegance and modern luxury, with a personal, home-away-from-home feel.
