The owner was kind and helpful, and the location is convenient and strategic. The B&B is in a private residence with a swimming pool, a concierge at the main gate, and parking within the private area. But the safe didn’t work, there were small stains on the sheets, and the toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and shower gel, came in used supermarket bottles rather than single-dose containers. I can’t reply to the owner, so I’m adding this review to the request that they double-check these issues. To be clear, we absolutely did not ask for a discount. I’m sorry for the inelegant reaction that led you to make such a false statement.

We only stayed one night on the way home, before our flight the next morning. The owner was lovely, and the room and pool were both spotless. We got local recommendations as soon as we arrived, though there wasn't time to try them. If we'd realized how charming the B&B was, we would have stayed two or three days. Highly recommend it.

The only real drawback was the soundproofing. Otherwise, the location worked well, and the staff were attentive. Our room had a terrace and was clean and roomy, if simply furnished. There's also a pool, which made for a pleasant stay.

They offer unattended parking within the residence, and the place is near Cannizzaro Hospital, on the outskirts of town. The welcome was marked by courtesy, friendliness, and kindness.
