The staff were friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The buffet was rich, though I didn't really enjoy the first course. We only stayed one day on half board. I wasn't disappointed by the older furniture, since I'd chosen the cheapest room, which hadn't been renovated. The cleanliness could have been better, though, with a lot of dust and hair on the floor in some spots.

The pool, nearby beach facilities, things for children, and location close to the center gave us what we needed for a lovely vacation. We spent a week there with our 9-month-old baby, and everyone, from receptionists to waiters, was super friendly. They paid close attention to the baby's meals, which we really appreciated. The room was modern and clean, but not big, with very little space to move around. The food was always excellent, especially at the Romagna evening and gala dinner. If I had to pick a flaw, the desserts were good but not quite at the level of the rest of the cuisine. Well done, everyone!

I came to YOUR HOTEL hoping to spend my birthday in peace and RELAX ❤️, but I'm disappointed. The room I was offered makes it impossible to find quiet and tranquility or enjoy a full day of REST. 🔺️🔷️🔺️ I ASK THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT FOR HELP 🙏🏻: please either move me to a QUIET room ‼️ or ⚠️ refund a good PART of what I paid for this ROOM, where I can't enjoy ❤️ RELAXATION and total peace. That's not what's happening here, it's total DILUTION...🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
