Hotel La Rosa

The dining service felt like a company canteen or service station, with food handed out by staff at a self-service counter. As soon as the room opened, people crowded into line, and the whole setup was chaotic. Plexiglass on the buffet made it hard for staff to hear, so we'd ask for one thing and get something else. With people rushing around, including children and older guests, carrying a plate of soup felt dangerous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone hoping for a relaxing break from work. For me, it was the first and last visit. We stayed over the June 2nd long weekend, and the meal service was absolutely terrible.

The dining room was a bit too warm, though breakfast on the fantastic terrace was a treat. My single room felt a little small, but it was very clean. The hotel is beautiful and right on the beach, with excellent food. The owner was delightful and very helpful. I had a relaxing holiday and absolutely recommend it if you're passing through Cattolica.

My wife and I often come for a few days in July and stay in a seafront room. Waking up to the sunrise each morning is lovely. The food is good, the hotel is very clean, and the owners and staff are kind. We recommend it.

We spent a peaceful, relaxing week here, from July 26th to August 2nd. The family who runs the hotel welcomed us so warmly, and were exceptionally kind, helpful, well-mannered, and refined. The hotel is just steps from the sea, and every room has a lovely sea-view balcony. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a great view. The food was varied, plentiful, high-quality, and well prepared. Staff were attentive, respectful of hygiene standards, and ready to help with guests' needs. A wonderful team, and I'm sincerely grateful for such a lovely welcome. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
