Hotel Niagara

We spent six nights here on an all-inclusive stay. The food options were plentiful: a breakfast buffet with sweet and savory choices, changing appetizer buffets at lunch and dinner, and ice cream and dessert in the evening. First and second courses were served quickly and attentively at the table. The rooms were clean and tidied every day. There was free parking not far away. The indoor and outdoor pools had hot and cold water, plus a whirlpool, with plenty of room to relax. It suits all ages. Bikes were available, though we didn't use them, and the all-inclusive beach had everything needed. If I return to Cattiloca, I'll stay here again. Thanks to the girls and the guy at reception and the bar, always smiling and ready to help.

The apartment was fully equipped, and my dog was welcomed with real affection. I stayed five days at this fantastic hotel and found the staff friendly and helpful. We had half board, with excellent food, generous servings and buffet, unlimited drinks and desserts, and top-quality ingredients. Everything was impeccably clean, and the location was excellent. The heated indoor pool with whirlpool was great too. The owner was very kind, and the waiters were professional. Prices were reasonable for what was offered.

We were there from September 1 to September 7, 2025, and I can't give it more than 3 stars, unfortunately. It could easily be a 5-star stay, because there were many good things. The location near the sea was convenient, and the partnership with a fabulous, well-equipped beach worked well. Adults and children were really engaged by the activities and entertainment. The food was good and plentiful, especially the varied, tasty children's buffet, with simple options our little ones liked. The dining room staff were good, and Lucia was one of the hotel's two shining stars. She was friendly, quick, kind, easy-going, always available, and wonderful with our kids. A huge thanks as well to Emma at the mini club. She was invaluable, affectionate, very kind, and truly excellent. The heated pool was a godsend on less inspiring days, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The sore point was reception. The staff there seemed unfriendly, almost haughty, and a bit forced. We felt like we were begging for help with little tips about parking, the beach, and other things. Hospitality is fundamental to me, and unfortunately it was missing. I'm sorry, because that behavior really undermines the quality of the place.

The pools were a real highlight. There's a large heated indoor pool with a whirlpool connected to an outdoor one, and a retractable awning protects the area from rain and cold wind. That made it enjoyable even in bad weather. The hotel itself is modern, well equipped, and well maintained. I stayed at Hotel Niagara from July 13th to 20th on a full-board basis, and it exceeded my expectations. You're just steps from the sea and right by Bagni Altamarea, with the Cattolica Aquarium nearby and Via Dante only a few meters away for evening walks past shops and bars. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were generous, varied buffets. Each day there were three first courses and three second courses to choose from, with water dispensers and free refills of red and white wine. The service was convenient and well organized. The food was excellent, the rooms were consistently clean, tidy, and comfortable, and staff in both the dining room and reception were friendly and helpful. It's a relaxing place with a handy location and good amenities. I'd happily return.
