Residenza Le Rose

Chiara made us feel so welcome and was always kind and helpful. The residence is a short walk from both the shops and restaurants on the main street and the seafront promenade with its beach clubs. We stayed in a clean, well-equipped two-bedroom apartment in the second week of June. There were four of us, two adults and two children, and everyone had their own space. The outside elevator was handy for getting to the upper floors. We'd happily come back.

Cattolica is well organized, with everything you need, and Lido I Delfini, which Mrs. Chiara suggested, had plenty for the kids and teenagers, including a pool, fitness area, games, and entertainment. We came back from our trip a few days ago and were very happy with the property. Mrs. Chiara was extremely helpful. Our bright, roomy two-room apartment was well furnished and even had a dishwasher, with enough space for three or four people. Parking under the building was available for an extra fee, and it was nice to be able to keep an eye on the car. We'll definitely return.

The location made it easy to walk to the beach or town center, both within 250 meters, and the street itself was quiet and free of traffic. Inside, the apartment was spotless and carefully looked after. Chiara was the finishing touch: kind, professional, and always ready to help. She's a wonderful person and adds a lot to the residence. I'll be back as soon as I can. Thank you, Chiara ❤️

The apartment was nice and in an excellent spot, but the lack of attention to the little details made the stay less enjoyable.
