Hotel London

The owners were so kind, and they even spoiled our two dogs with treats, which made the stay lovely. Veronica always brought our meals with a cheerful, professional manner, and the wait staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the food very good, and the location great. Recommended.

For nine days, there was no atmosphere at our hotel, while nearby places were lit up, playing music, and had guests dancing. Breakfast was very sparse, and we had to ask each time for more cold cuts. The fruit salad didn't seem fresh, as if it had been out for three days. We kept the same table throughout the stay, and our dirty cloth napkins went unchanged for about three days. We were charged for water without being told in advance. We had read online that staff spoke English and German, but in all nine days we heard only Italian. This vacation was a nightmare, and we won't come back or recommend the hotel.

The only issue we noticed was the weak hot water pressure. Otherwise, our four days at the end of August were very comfortable. The rooms were really clean, and the food was fresh, varied, and delicious every day. The hotel is excellently located, just a few minutes from the beach, which was spotless, well equipped, and staffed by friendly, attentive people. We'd definitely stay again.

We were there for ten days in August with our large dog, and Carmela, our floor manager, was kind and flexible around our schedule. The rooms and towels were clean, and the restaurant team were excellent. The waitresses were young but knew their jobs and were very kind. Veronica made breakfast and lunch fun and pleasant. The chef served delicious food with plenty of variety, and even took care to present each meal beautifully. Thanks especially to Sonia and Giuseppe, who have made my week in Cattolica comfortable for years.
