We slept well despite being right in central Cattolica, thanks to the soundproof windows. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight, and the apartment was spotless with air conditioning that worked perfectly. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Just steps from the sea and town center, the location was perfect. The apartment was spotless, furnished nicely, and had everything we needed. The owners were attentive, kind, and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay in Cattolica. We'd definitely come back.

Mrs. Paola was so courteous and helpful, and the carefully maintained apartments were beautiful. We had a lovely family holiday, with the sea just a few steps away. Those days will stay with us. A 10 out of 10.

Paola was always available whenever we needed anything, and she's such a kind person. The attic was wonderful, with every comfort, and right in the center just steps from the sea. I'd happily return and highly recommend it.

Everything was very clean, and the apartment had a large kitchen-diner, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony, and an elevator. It sits in the pedestrian area around Via Dante and Via Curiel, with bars for breakfast and meals, mini-markets, Coal supermarket, and the beach close at hand. For trips by train to places such as Ravenna, San Marino, or Rimini, the station is only a 20-minute walk away. Hostess Paola is friendly and always reachable on WhatsApp.
