I lived here for three years. It was nice.

Really top-notch.

We were there for three nights during Pentecost, when it was still pleasantly quiet and not crowded with tourists. The beach and a restaurant are just 300 meters away, and we'd happily come back. It's a good choice if you want an affordable holiday rather than luxury. Our ground-floor apartment had a lovely terrace. The furnishings were practical, and everything was clean and in good shape. We could park in the underground garage. The pool was big and very clean, though there weren't enough loungers. There were no beach loungers or umbrellas to rent nearby, but we could bring our own umbrella and set it up even in the front row.

We booked in the off-season, from early to late September, and found it excellent value. The rent covered the apartment and utilities, with no extra charges. Shops and restaurants were easy to reach on foot, and a bus stop about 200 meters away serves trips toward Jesolo and Punta Sabbioni, including boat connections to Venice. Our modern, clean three-room apartment was set up for up to four people. It had a terrace, a lawn for sunbathing, air conditioning, central heating, a dishwasher, washing machine, two TVs, kettle, four-burner gas stove, coffee maker, and dishes. The roomy shower with a rain head was especially handy for taller people. Wi-Fi was free but slow; that didn't bother us because 5G coverage was good. The gated complex was quiet and well cared for, with a private parking spot for each unit. Both the main pool and separate children's paddling pool were cleaned daily. A paved path goes directly to the public beach, around 200 meters away. The beach with facilities, where you can rent two loungers and a parasol, is about 800 meters away. We'll definitely return.
