Casa Pianta

The hostess is what really makes this B&B special. She was so courteous and friendly, always tuned in to what guests needed, and her thoughtful but unobtrusive care made us feel at home from the start. We also found free bicycles at the property, useful for reaching the vaporetto stop or riding around the area. Casa Pianta is kept in meticulous condition, spotlessly clean, with all the comforts we needed to feel at home. The location works brilliantly for exploring: the vaporetto landing is a 15-minute walk, and from there Venice, the Lido, and Burano are all about half an hour away. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, authentic visit to Venice and its lagoon. We'll definitely return.

We felt very welcome from the start. The little kitchenette has what you need to put together breakfast, which you can enjoy in the garden, and the supermarket is just around the corner. The rooms are tastefully furnished, clean, and well cared for. The house and garden are beautiful, and the setting is peaceful, though you can bike to places in just a few minutes. For a stay on Punta Sabbioni, we wouldn't choose anywhere else.

You can leave the car at the property, cycle to the vaporetto dock, take your bike aboard, and be at Piazza San Marco in half an hour. Great setup for visiting Venice. The room is cozy and well equipped, and the hostess is lovely. Bikes are available too 😀😀😀

A peaceful place away from the crowds, with a garden and everything you need. It's close to the beach, and the water bus to Venice is nearby. You can borrow bikes too. A great spot to unwind, I recommend it.
