The bikes came in handy for reaching the nearby port, with boats to Venice, Burano and Murano. Back at Marta's B&B, breakfast was a treat, especially the homemade cakes and fresh pastries. Marta was so accommodating throughout our stay, and the accommodation was first class.

Seeing the flamingos in the lagoon was a highlight for me, and Marta lent us bicycles to get there. She also shared useful restaurant suggestions and directions. When our flight was delayed and we arrived late, she was incredibly accommodating. Such warm, friendly hosts. Highly recommend!

We found the B&B really comfortable, with great beds, a lovely bathroom and a good breakfast. The owner was great too. It's close enough to the Venice ferry to walk or ride one of the nearly new bikes (as of July 2017). You can drive as well, and parking near the ferry cost €6 for 12 hours. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The garden is lovely, everything was very clean, and breakfast was just right. Our host was friendly and helpful. The ferry is nearby, and with the free bikes you can get there quickly. A place I'd happily recommend.
