Monti is a great area, with lots of attractions nearby and a nice grocery store just around the corner. Breakfast is hearty and includes eggs, and the place has air conditioning, a mini fridge, and very nice people. The rooms are extremely small, though, so spending time in them wasn't comfortable. It was reasonably clean, but definitely not spotless. I'd say it's suited to young people without kids who are willing to give up a few comforts for a cheaper stay in a good neighborhood. My stay was fine, but I'm not sure I'd come back. I'm past that stage of life.

They went out of their way to arrange rides to and from the airport, and breakfast was brought to the room, which was a nice start to the day. The rooms were clean, with a private bathroom. The location worked well for us and the hospitality was perfect. It was just what we wanted, and if I return to Rome, I'll stay here again.

The room was very tiny and there was nowhere to put our luggage, though we felt safe and secure. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs and ham or bacon, sometimes cheese. Americano coffee was available, but there was no cream. The location made it easy to reach the sights on the hop-on hop-off bus. Parking wasn't €1 per hour as advertised, unless you had a motorcycle. For a car it cost €31 to €39 per day depending on its size, and was about three blocks away.

Breakfast was served in the room at the time we chose, and the room was small but clean, apart from a humidity stain on the wall. There wasn't a proper 24-hour reception, so we couldn't leave our luggage after checkout. The most annoying part was that the guy at check-in insisted we pay in cash instead of by card.

We had a wonderful five-night stay at 95 Rooms in Rome. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good every morning, and the location was awesome. I can't say enough good things about it.
