I paid for the full stay but had to check out the next day. I tried to cancel the remaining nights in the Booking.com app, but after one failed attempt the cancellation button disappeared. I've contacted the hotel and hope they'll treat me fairly and refund me, but a week has passed and I still haven't heard anything. A clear, honest explanation from the start about the air conditioning not working would have helped. The facilities were poor more generally: the hallway lights by our rooms didn't work, and the power sockets weren't EU standard, so I couldn't charge my laptop or other devices.

The entertainment staff were a real highlight. Both were excellent. We also loved the breakfast buffet, which was generous, and the menu had something different to choose from every day. The food was excellent, and the rooms and whole property were clean. My wife, our one-year-old son and I spent two wonderful weeks here by the sea. We have nothing negative to say and will definitely come back next year.

The private path to the hotel's equipped private beach is a nice feature, and there's excellent entertainment for children and teenagers, both during the day on the beach and in the evenings. In 2024 the entertainers were Stefano and Valeria; in 2023 it was Martina. I highly recommend the hotel to seniors and families with children. I come for a week every August with my maternal grandmother Anna and my cousin Francesco. The rooms are always clean and really spacious. In 2024 I stayed in room 306, which had a view of the Jesolo lighthouse. The restaurant on the first floor serves truly excellent food, and the waiters are professional and kind.
