Really, really great!

The outdoor pool was the one good thing, and the grounds were well kept. The ground-floor apartment facing the street was filthy and poorly maintained, though. I can't understand the positive reviews about the apartment. There were no mosquito nets, which is unacceptable in this area. Even with mosquito coils, evenings were a nightmare, and we had to raid every room. Dead insects were splattered on the walls, and the curtains were filthy. It looked like they'd only given the place a quick sweep before we arrived. We booked through an agency nearby, but I wouldn't recommend them. They held a €200 deposit for this run-down, dirty apartment and only returned it after a man came to inspect the place at the end of our stay. I've stayed in much cleaner, nicer properties, and nobody has ever asked me for a deposit.

A five-minute walk gets you to the sea, and the area is peaceful without being dull. It seems well suited to families and anyone wanting to relax. Jesolo is about three minutes away by car or fifteen by bike. The bridge on the bike route is awkward, though, with a sidewalk barely half a meter wide, so you need good balance. The property itself dates from the 1990s, so it's a bit dated, but it's very well maintained. That includes the large grounds and swimming pool.

The pools were spotless, and there’s underground parking too. Vittoria, the agency managing the apartments, was always on hand with questions or problems, and Mr. Massimo was especially kind and helpful. The apartment had everything for an easy holiday: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and a Bialetti coffee maker. For the price, it’s very good value. Just remember to bring your own towels.
