Hotel Cavallino Bianco

We had a nice stay for a couple of nights. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and shopping around. Breakfast was a good full meal, and the cozy room had air conditioning. Reception and the woman in the restaurant were welcoming. We also got a beach umbrella and sunbed for free. Highly recommend staying here.

The rooms on the 3rd floor were simply horrible. There were no proper showers, no hot water, and the water wasn’t clean. The place smelled like something had died in there. There were 60 of us, and we each left a 10 euro deposit, but they tried to take it from us. The service was horrible, and the staff were dirty and didn’t wash their hands. It felt hazardous. There’s no pool either, and the rooms don’t look like the pictures.

The staff were okay and breakfast was okay, but neither made up for the rest. We were there for just one night, New Year’s Eve, thank God. The bathroom had no hot water and extremely low water pressure, and the toilet was partly in the shower. There were no extra blankets, and the heating went off sometime overnight. No power outlets in the room, so you have to charge your phone in the bathroom. The room was old, cold, and plain. Never Forgetti

The service was really bad. When we asked for something, they answered angrily, like we were bothering them. Breakfast was a rush too: 50 people had to eat in 40 minutes, and they hurried us out of the breakfast room. A fridge in the room costs 5 euros per day. The receptionist didn’t know how to smile, just angry faces.
