B&B Casasalento

We stayed with Omero and Antonella last year and couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We’ll definitely come back.

The rooms were very clean, though a bit too vintage. The sofa bed had very thin pillows and mattress, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water or a glass available. The guy was kind, for the little time we saw him. What really upset me was the invoice situation. Before booking for a business trip with colleagues, we asked if we could get an invoice and were told yes, as long as we booked through Booking.com. When we left, someone who said he was their accountant contacted us and said they had no intention of issuing one. I felt completely fooled, and we won’t be back. It’s 2023, and this place could offer so much more.

The breakfast was excellent, served right in the room, which felt like a real luxury. Everything else was great too. I’d personally change the bed, since two singles put together don’t make an ideal double, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable for us. The old, heavy blankets felt crushing and never seemed to get warm.

The hospitality felt genuine, and breakfast was excellent and generous. Our rooms were comfortable, very nice, and spotlessly clean. The owners were friendly and helpful.
