Bed and Breakfast L&P

Right in downtown Cefalù, Bed and Breakfast L&P Cefalù makes it easy to walk everywhere. It’s a good, basic and inexpensive place to stay. Our room was tiny but had a comfortable, pleasant woodsy style. The shower sat in the cramped bedroom rather than in its own bathroom, making the space feel even tighter. There’s a shared kitchen in the common area where they serve continental breakfast with eggs, meats, cheeses and cereals.

I loved the people at L&P. They were so kind and helpful, flexible about everything, and made me feel at home right away. I’d seen their replies to some Google posts and appreciated that the owner simply asks people to be respectful. My single room turned out much bigger than expected, and the communal spaces are lovely, especially the terrace with its view of the Duomo. Breakfast had a good range of food and croissants in different flavors. Everything is close: two minutes to the Duomo, two minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the station. These were my last days in Sicily, and the stay left such a positive impression that I really didn't want to leave.

Our two-night stay for Sept 6 - 8, 2025 was cancelled by the BnB on the day we were due to arrive, with overbooking given as the reason. We had already paid and received a receipt and confirmation numbers from both Expedia and L and P. That morning, we'd even emailed L and P about parking. They offered no help finding somewhere else, and at such short notice there was nowhere available in Old Town Cefalu. It badly disrupted our travel plans and felt extremely unprofessional.

The rooms were lovely, and the breakfast service was excellent. It’s a fantastic Bed and Breakfast in a great location.
