We were told we could cancel for free during the coronavirus pandemic, but no refund ever came. A month later, they replied that the booking couldn’t be cancelled. The room cost €212, and they also charged us €50 for cleaning, which the booking terms said was payable at check-in. That money wasn’t returned either. Because of force majeure, we were willing to reschedule, but they offered no solution. The treatment was very rude. I consider this deceitful and completely lacking in loyalty. If not for the free cancellation policy, I would have given my aunt the right to fry. I recommend paying on arrival if you choose this option for your trip. We got a full refund from two other places with the same booking terms.

The house was clean, tidy, comfortable, and welcoming. The area is quiet but strategically located, with amenities less than a minute away on foot. This holiday home deserves more than five stars.
