Communication through WhatsApp before arrival is key! The place itself was amazing, centrally located, and easy to get to. Everything was great, highly recommend it.

It's a small apartment where clever retractable furniture makes good use of the space. The finishes are tasteful and the layout is functional. The access stairs, though, are steep, narrow, and unclean, and it would be much better if the handrail ran the whole way instead of stopping partway. Managing the house remotely is a nice idea, from the contracts to the check-in forms, but when something goes wrong, there's no one to contact. We were left waiting outside for the keys, which was especially bad with a newborn who needed to eat. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

The room was compact but laid out well, with a balcony, smart TV, and good AC. It takes just two minutes to walk to the beach. The neighborhood felt cozy and genuine, very much like Sicily. We'd come back.
