Villa Santa Barbara

Laura and Tatiana were friendly and helpful, always around to answer questions or help us arrange activities outside the hotel. We were impressed by our four-night stay at Villa Santa Barbara. The room was spacious, the grounds and views were stunning, and the location was fantastic. We’d highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

The bus stop by the apartments came in handy for trips into Cefalu, since the walk to the centre takes 15-20 minutes and includes a steep hill. We had a spacious, clean apartment with a huge balcony looking out over the sea. The kitchen was fine but short on utensils, though that didn’t matter much as we didn’t cook. We’re a family of three and always found beds by the small pool. The water was cool but not freezing, great for a dip or a few lengths. We stayed five nights, and the staff were great, offering advice whenever we asked and making us feel very welcome. They couldn’t do enough for us. I’d highly recommend Villa Santa Barbara if you want to stay outside the centre.

The bar was a little pricier than I expected, and while it’s nice for a drink before heading out, it isn’t really a place to spend the evening. It’s quiet and has a chilled atmosphere. We still had a great time during our five nights, and everything we needed was there. The decor is a bit outdated, but the price is a big plus since it’s very affordable. Villa Santa Barbara has a gorgeous setting, with amazing sea views and a pool and surroundings that really stand out. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. It’s about a 20-minute walk along the roads into the town centre. I’d highly recommend it.

Waking up to that beautiful view each morning was one of the best parts of my stay. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in great condition. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. I’d highly recommend this place for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.
