We made our own orecchiette and got to eat it at the end of the pasta workshop, which was absolutely wonderful. The instructor came across as tough at first, but she turned out to be really kind and funny. The host also showed us around the lovely property. It seems like a great romantic place to stay. They clearly care more about service than making money.

The shared meal was delicious, with generous antipasti before the orecchiette. We made and tasted orrechietti in a cooking class led by the lovely Fabio and Maria, who gave us expert instructions. It was a great experience. I do hope they switch the disposable plates and glasses for reusable ones.

The bathrooms were brand new, clean, and nice, and the pool and grounds were beautiful. We had a fantastic dinner experience, with plenty of variety each night. A lovely Italian hotel with great hosts.

We had dinner three times, and it was the best food of our whole vacation. The local cooking was fantastic, made with so much care, with lots of different starters and tasty main dishes. Great for vegetarians, too. Breakfast was great as well. The old stone house is full of beautiful details, and the gardens, with flowers, herbs, and the oak tree forest, are so charming. There are many quiet spots to enjoy nature, and the pool areas are absolutely great. The hosts were genuinely friendly and kind. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we’ll definitely do that another time. My husband and I took the pasta making class and had so much fun. The grounds were beautiful, and our hosts were lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. We learned a lot. I’d happily take another class next week if we come back. Thank you for everything! 🤩
