We slept so well during our two nights at San Leonardo. It was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable, with the beaches just a short drive away. Christian greeted us so warmly that we immediately felt at home. This is a real family-run place. The owners care about their guests and make time to serve and chat, even when the restaurant is full. Every evening, locals and people from nearby gather there, which says a lot about how loved it is. The food was outstanding, with fresh, generous breakfasts and even better dinners, all authentic and made with local ingredients, many from their own farm. A fantastic Italian agriturismo experience, more than 10 out of 10 for us.

The best part was the food. Everything in the restaurant is fresh, homemade, organic, and from the farm. The wine is delicious, and you should try the homemade ravioli. The chalets are clean and fresh, and it’s a wonderful atmosphere to wake up in. The family are warm, kind, and always ready to help. The town is beautiful and feels completely authentic. It’s a family-run farm and accommodation, a one in a million place. Couldn’t recommend it more.

We loved the warm hospitality at this lovely family-run business. It’s a fantastic spot away from the tourists, with great home-cooked food and an ideal base for Palenuro coastal walks and beaches.
